Activities and Events
Many homeowners value the opportunity to engage in community life. However, individual choice is always respected, and we recognise that not every homeowner wishes to participate in community events. To cater to diverse interests, a wide range of activities is offered, ensuring there is something for everyone. From tranquil gatherings to lively social engagements, the variety aims to create opportunities for connection, creativity, and relaxation.

Dining and Collaborations
On any day, meals can be purchased to be enjoyed at home or in the Inchmarlo House bar. Twice a month, homeowners have the opportunity to purchase a Homeowners’ Lunch in the Green Lounge at Inchmarlo House.
Collaborative activities are encouraged! Homeowners can work with staff members, such as the Head Chef organising buffet lunches or birthday celebrations, or the Garden Team on gardening projects.

The South Lodge, located adjacent to the main entrance to the Estate, serves as a meeting place for homeowners and hosts many of the indoor activities listed above. It also houses a library with books available for loan, and a large collection of jigsaw puzzles. Additionally, a reference library contains archived materials, including past Inchmarlo Newsletters and Journals. The South Lodge can be booked for group activities.
During the summer months (May through September), Management provides a large marquee situated in the picturesque walled garden. As well as special events and coffee afternoons organized by Community Liaison, this venue hosts homeowner-led events such as the summer season of charity concerts and buffet lunches. The marquee is also available for booking private functions such as homeowners’ birthday parties.
