The Community Liaison service can assist homeowners by:

Comprehensive support

Providing information and answering your questions when you first move in. Every homeowner receives an initial visit from the team upon moving to the Estate, and they are here to offer support throughout your time at Inchmarlo.

Communicating with relatives to address any queries they may have.

Offering guidance on accessing additional support services, should the need arise.

Providing support after illness, hospital stays, or bereavement, or discussing any other concerns you wish to share.

Empowering connections

Introducing you to homeowners who organize activities you may find interesting.

Assisting you in starting any activities or groups that you would like to run for other homeowners.

Coordinating with external organizations to introduce new activities to Inchmarlo.

Enriching lives

Organizing and hosting activities such as coffee mornings, bus trips, and quizzes.

Offering volunteering opportunities within Inchmarlo Estate, such as dog walking or providing support during power cuts.

Liaising with Management to share your ideas, concerns, and compliments.

Keeping you informed

The team produce a monthly newsletter featuring updates from management and homeowners.

They also circulate a monthly diary of events to help you plan your month.
